CFB Esquimalt Naval and Military Museum staff are always happy to assist with research enquiries. The museum houses an expanding archive and research library that includes thousands of photographs and documents, histories of Canadian naval vessels, navigation charts, biographies of important leaders in the Royal Canadian Navy, and copies of the Navy List, Lloyd's Register of Shipping, and Jane's Fighting Ships.
Please note that all research requests are conducted at the Curator's discretion, and as staff time permits. Research appointments are strongly encouraged. To set up an appointment, get in touch with museum staff.

| Scanning Scanning is done on the premises. The cost is $15 per hour (or part-hour), including time necessary to transmit scanned images via e-mail, should this be required. Scanned images can be made available on disk or CD, depending on file size. Diskettes may be purchased from museum staff at a cost of $3 each; CD's are $5 each.
